How It Works
In the process, the object to be printed is pre-treated. A polyvinyl film is printed with the graphic image to be transferred, and is then the image is floating on the surface of a vat of water.
An activator chemical is sprayed on the film to dissolve it into a liquid and activate the bonding agent. We will prep the object to ensure that it will have the proper bonding process and also apply the base coat. Then object will then be lowered into the hydrographic tank, through the floating ink layer, which will adhere to it.
After removing the object from the water, we will apply a top coat this way your design is going to be protected.
